Lauren joined Bayview in March of 2023. She has grown up in South Florida for almost all of her life. 

She has had an interest in animals from a young age, and started working with animals at the age of 11 as a shelter volunteer. Since then she has continued to volunteer and foster in addition to working here. She has a passion for rescue, behavioral rehabilitation, wildlife conservation, and animal advocacy through education. 

In her free time she enjoys being with family and friends, cooking, spending time in nature and at the beach. At home, she also loves spending time with her pit bull, Luna.
