Dr. Thomas grew up in Miami, Florida. As a child, Dr. Thomas loved caring for animals and

as she got older, continued to explore her interests. She completed her undergrad at

Tuskegee University and a few years later received her doctorate from Tuskegee University

School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Thomas joins Bayview Animal Hospital after 3 years practicing at a veterinary hospital

in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her special interests include dermatology, ophthalmology, and

surgery. She has 2 pit bulls named Leo and Cyn, 3 domestic shorthairs named Gypsy, Cali,

and Kane.

When Dr. Thomas is not in the office, she serves in the United States Army Reserves as a

Veterinarian. She also enjoys spending time with her family, fur babies and friends.
